30-minute consultation
£120 including 20% VAT
£100 excluding VAT. Discuss your circumstances, potential options and next steps within the agreed scope.
60-minute consultation
£180 including 20% VAT
£150 excluding VAT. More time to explore your immigration history, questions and possible ways forward.
A brief initial enquiry is free, to identify the service you need and arrange a consultation. We confirm the scope, format, fee and VAT position before booking. Detailed refusal reviews, document checking, written advice and representation are separately quoted unless expressly included.
Before your immigration consultation
How do I request an appointment?
Use the enquiry form or email alvyn@qazisolicitors.com with a brief outline, preferred times and whether you prefer telephone, video or an office appointment. We will confirm availability and the booking arrangements separately.
How do I pay?
Consultation fees are paid by bank transfer. Once the consultation arrangements are agreed, we will provide payment instructions, the total fee and a payment reference privately. Contact the office on 020 3161 5450 if you need to verify payment details.
What should I prepare?
Have a short immigration history, your main questions and details of any approaching deadline ready. Tell us if you have a refusal decision. Do not send passport numbers, bank details or sensitive documents through the initial enquiry form; we will explain how to provide documents securely if needed.
Does the fee include written advice or checking all my documents?
Detailed document checking, written advice, refusal reviews, applications and representation are separately quoted unless we expressly include them in the agreed consultation scope.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Contact us promptly to cancel or rearrange. If you cancel before agreed consultation work starts, we refund the fee in full. Applicable statutory cancellation rights are preserved. Read our consultation booking and cancellation terms for the full details.
Can I request a Chinese-language consultation?
Tell us whether you prefer Mandarin, Cantonese or English. We will confirm language availability and any interpreting arrangements or costs before booking. You can also use our Simplified or Traditional Chinese enquiry forms.
Is legal aid available for immigration matters?
Our immigration services are privately funded. We assess eligible housing matters for legal aid. Debt and welfare-benefits enquiries are considered only once before the Upper Tribunal, under the firm’s acceptance policy and subject to scope and eligibility.
